The 42nd Annual Roosterfish Tournament was held during the week of June 1st at beautiful Hotel Punta Colorada, Baja California, MX. This East Cape venue hosted three days of fishing, June 2, 3 & 4, with 36 anglers enjoying the challenge of tipping & releasing this magnificent “beast.” 55 fish were officially logged in, although I’m sure at least a dozen more were broken off as time wound down. We fish with 12# Ande Tournament line and have a maximum fighting time of 30 minutes.
